woohoo! some serious dark ambient.
anyway, this is some really impressive stuff here. it is an extremely lo-fi album that has an improvised oomph to it.
the album's sense of progression is pretty good despite being over an hour long.
now what i mean by it is that the tracks are so similar yet distinct from each other and have some sort of story arc to them.

"Beelzebub" serves as a grandiose intro.
"Spring Comet" is the most dissonant with a contradicting nature. some moments are somewhat relaxing, others will disturb you more. a very dynamic track.
"I Lead You Towards the All-Knowing" is you being stuck in the abyss. no way out. so you're left in despair.
"Century of the Dragon" certainly isn't a universally bad ending and feels triumphal in a weird way.

very reminiscent of projects like sun o))) but with production techniques similar to post-rock. it's definitely quite quirky and unique.
